小型制冷型PMT单光子探测器
PMCS-150是TCSPC应用的小型制冷型单光子探测器模块。它包含一个快速微型PMT、一个半导体制冷器、一个高压发生器、一个GHz脉冲放大器和一个电流传感电路。由于器件的高增益和带宽,单个光子产生幅度在100至200mV范围内且脉宽为1.5ns的输出脉冲。TCSPC仪器响应函数(IRF)的宽度小于120 ps FWHM。对于光电阴极上小尺寸的照明点,其IRF可减小到小于100ps。探测器以固定增益和单个+12 V电源操作。通过检测PMT输出电流,可在内部检测过载情况。当过载发生时,PMT的工作电压被降低,以便输出电流保持在安全水平。或者,PMCS-150可以通过bh DCU系列探测器控制器模块进行操作。在这种情况下,控制器提供电源、增益控制和过载关闭。PMCS-150直接连接到所有bh SPC系列时间相关单光子(TCSPC)设备。
